Construction

Construction has been at the heart of our business since 1998 and we only build to the highest standards. Our in-house construction expertise is led at Director level, providing clients with direct contact at all times. Our Project Managers and Site Managers on site every day, working closely with our office based team to ensure projects are delivered within agreed costs and timescales.

Planning

Our team are highly experienced in handling all forms of planning applications for new development, from single plots to larger scale multi-unit development. We engage with Local Authorities and community stakeholders from the outset, to ensure the best prospect of obtaining planning permission. We have a strong track record of delivering planning permissions both in the Green Belt, Heritage and Conservation Areas.

Architectural and Interior Design

EMPIRE offers an in-house architectural and interior design team who provide high quality drawings for both planning and building control purposes. With your involvement we collaborate with external award winning architects and interior designers to ensure your dream home or project becomes a reality.

Material Procurement

With our years of expertise and experience we can source the highest quality material at the right price for your project. We specialise in importing luxury range of materials straight from the source abroad such as:

EMPIRE Bespoke

EMPIRE BESPOKE offers a range of services from a high-quality contracting service to a fully comprehensive to Site Finding, Design & Build, and Interior Design service, depending on the requirements of the client. We collaborate on projects from beginning to end, either delivering a design a client has had commissioned or starting from the very beginning, finding and assessing suitable plots, developing a design for planning and refining that design with specification and finishes with our interior designer.

With over 20 years experience we have a proven track record of providing a tailored bespoke package for our clients. Each project is focused on the client’s requirements providing a two-way interaction throughout the entire process, from inception to project completion.

Our experience extends to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, leisure suites including saunas and steam rooms, home cinemas and games rooms, fitted bars, bespoke lighting and audio-visual systems, thermal vision CCTV security systems and more.

Client Journey

We understand that our clients have unique needs and requirements. We therefore offer a flexible approach which will be tailored to suit you. Once you have accepted our tender and signed the construction contract, we will then begin the journey in the delivering your new home or project.

Our process is as follows :

  • A Letter from us confirming our acceptance and an anticipated project commencement date together with a cash flow forecast.
  • A pre-start meeting to cover :
    • Meet the Project Team.
    • What you can expect from us throughout the process.
    • Introduction to the other professional teams involved (if applicable).
    • Establish preferred methods of client contact and communication.
    • Schedule of works.
  • Issue construction programme with key milestone dates.
  • Issue client decision programme with key milestone dates.
  • Weekly site updates sent to the client.
  • Monthly Health and Safety Report.
  • Schedule monthly Design Team Meetings.
  • Monthly variation and omission updates.
  • Full induction and demonstration on your new home or project.
  • Comprehensive handover documentation and USB with all relevant manuals, certificates and warranties.
  • A Comprehensive handbook with all specification and chosen finishes
  • An introduction to our Customer Service Team who will be on hand to provide aftercare during the settling in period.
  • A questionnaire for you to complete.
  • A 12 month defects liability period.
